How Do I Place An Order
Orders can currently be placed by using the items listed on here as a catalog, and ordered by phone toll-free at 1 (888) 421-0770. Items can also be ordered via email at sales@overhauler.ca - the easiest option would be an itemized list, or a screenshot of the cart (including option choices for each product). Currently accepted payment methods are: Visa/Mastercard, Interac E-Transfer, bank transfer, cheque, or cash (in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada). We look forward to taking payment directly through our online shop in the future.
What if I Want To Place a Custom Order?
If you would like a custom application or custom colours or finishes, the ideal method of communication is email at sales@overhauler.ca. Photos are highly encouraged, as well as including any relevant measurements to help us understand your vision and bring it to life. We are able to offer custom colours or finishes as well - most options are specified in our shop section, however we would love to work together to create custom variants.
Payment & Shipping
Full payment is required before products will be shipped, with the exception of very specific circumstances. Payment methods that are currently accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Interac E-Transfers, wire transfers, cheques, or cash if local to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. We stock most standard-list items in order to minimize lead times, however custom work may take longer. You will be provided with a tracking number & tracing instructions whenever possible once the product is shipped out. Confirmations that your goods were received as well as photos once installed are always welcome!
Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is something that you are not pleased with, please get in touch with us so that we can rectify the situation. Warranties are outlined in the included product manuals; any requests for refunds will be addressed on a case-to-case basis, and repairs or replacements will be done so when necessary.
